Stepping outside the expectations is a great step to get centered, hear yourself clearly, and find your footing. When you’re the person others look to, it can be hard to find a place where nothing is being asked of you. This session gives you room to look at what’s taking up space – pressure, identity, relationships, dynamics, change, or something you haven’t found words for yet. Ali brings another set of eyes and the questions that help widen the view. You decide what fits, what doesn’t, and what comes next. You don’t have to be falling apart to want support. Sometimes you just need a place to get centered and bring clarity to your next right steps.
